Screen OCR support

ScreenScraper has a plugable architecture that allow it to use different OCR engines. Currently it leveraged:

• Google Tesseract - It is redistributed with ScreenScraper SDK.
• Microsoft OCR - It comes with Office 2003 and 2007 but not 2010. It cannot be redistributed. Read here about how to enable Microsoft OCR.

Screen OCR uses GDI+ technology. It is built in starting with XP. For W2k and WNT you have to include the redistributable GDI+ package with your app.
